We bought the 2pk L2 light bulb camera's and were having trouble setting them up, called the help desk and JESSIE walked us through the process and discovered our issue. Jessie was very understanding & even set up our warranty! very please with product and SUPPORT staff.

Do not buy this camera. I will garbage immediately. Just 1 or 2 per 6 cameras are recording. The rest do not work properly and can not playback. The worst of camera which i had.

I have had problems from the start and tech. help is a joke . I have 2 that I got as a gift for Christmas and they worked properly for a couple weeks. They quit moving and are fixed in one position and do not move with human movement. I have called tech. support many times and nothing has helped. They are junk and a waste of money.

Absolute garbage right out of the boxes. Constantly offline (it's not my eero 6 wifi!) Then after several months of this dog and pony show neither of them will even power on now. Even tried the reset button multiple times. I have a few other laview cams that also stopped working, only have 1 of 6 working now. Avoid the brand! Tech support and manuals are a joke.

This is the the 3rd set of bulb security cameras I’ve tried in the last 2 weeks and as the old saying goes “third times the charm” LaView outdoor bulb cameras have completely blown me away at the ease of setting them up as well as it is packed with features in the app they provide. EXCELLENT work to all the devs with what they accomplished with these cameras and app!!! To say I’m very very pleased with this cameras & app is a huge understatement lol. You’ve definitely obtained a die hard fan of your products.

set up is not intuitive, too many terms not explained, takes time to experiment with the settings to get iit where you want it. terms not explained on this web site either

I have a problem. I have hearings aids that work from my cell phone. When we downloaded the camera app I couldn't hear. So how do I get the camera app downloaded on my phone and still be able to hear. Is there anyway I can down load it to my laptop. Please advise me Thank you Carolyn Hoffman ckaysharley@cox.net

This camera is amazing. I can’t believe that cameras costing twice as much work half as good as the LaView light bulb camera. Motion detection is excellent, images are sharp and clear, even at night using just Star View. Set-up is easy. Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The on-board LED isn’t very bright and, in my opinion, cannot be substituted for a regular light bulb. Otherwise, this cam gets the highest possible rating.

We bought our LaView L2 camera prior to going on vacation to monitor our cellar which got flooded during Ida. It worked very well and was easy to set up. While away from the house, it gave us piece of mind knowing that the cellar was dry and that the dehumidifier was running.

Excellent light bulb security camera. People can hardly tell the difference between this bulb and a true light bulb. Nice bright light with many features. Would recommend this product to those interested in a easy to use security camera.

This was a shot I took from one of my camera's, I love how easy it is to install, it takes less than 5 mins, also I had 1 issue with one of my camera so I submitted a ticket, & they were quick to send me a replacement after they checked my camera & found the issue. All & all this camera is outstanding, My neighbors all got one for their outdoors too. It is so worth the little it cost for this outdoor camera as you can see in my pics it takes great quality of footage.

I ordered 2 of these through Amazon. Installation was quick and easy. Setting up the software took a little but but it was still easy. We have one camera at the front door and one at the back door. The picture, both night and day, are clear and vibrant. Sharing the video feed with my husbands phone was easy. I recommend these cameras to anyone wishing to set up a home surveillance system without spending an arm and a leg.

We absolutely LOVE our indoor light bulb camera!!! Finally we can hear and follow the kids around when we cannot be there with them. My only regret was not finding it sooner so I didn't waste my time and money with the alarm company's cameras. This camera is way better and a fraction of the price. I highly recommend!

I really like the LaView L2. Unfortunately, while I was installing the software, I hit a wrong button and was unable to get back to the How to turn on Notification setting. So far the camera is working great, the audio is great, just can't finish the installation. How do I get to the turn on Notication settings. Melvina A.

Poor instructions. Need to have independent tech writers test your instructions to improve for better customer interface. Why do you call the micro sd card a "TF" card when the rest of the known world refers to it as a micro sd card? Confusing. Also, almost no mention in written paperwork included that the micro sd card has to be formated in FAT32. Can't format large cards 64-128gb on your pc. If your camera formats the cards, might be nice to mention that it will take an hour or more to do. Inserted the 128gb card I have, and it circles on my phone app "loading." Its been doing it for over an hour. Not sure what it is doing, hopefully formatting? Microphone picks up sound great, but speaker is CRAP!!! Can barely hear out of it.

Received my two L2 lightbulb cameras last week. Pretty easy to install and operational in a few hours. Quality of the cameras is very good, clear and considerate. Have suggested the cameras to a couple of friends. Very good option for my home security.

Best investment I have and with added security, I highly recommend this product, great video quality, various controls and features. Don’t hesitate purchasing this item you will be more than satisfied.

No need for pic. It doesn't even light up . Absolutely nothing , waste of time an money . JUNK . Wouldn't recommend it but congrats for the ones that worked. An yes I tried everything it said to do. Several outlets.

Hi, Is it possible to set up to light up when motion is detected? the image is great and works well during night although motion activation mostly sees flying bugs. I might like the sensitivity somewhere between middle and high. thanks!

Bought a 2 pack of these to use at my cottage. Installed one this past weekend. Got it connected to my WIFI and the app loaded on my Galaxy. Having fits setting up my phone so I can look at the camera and also having fits trying to get it set up on my PC. Went to look at the camera for the first time after getting back home and the app says it's off line. Don't know why. My other wifi devices are working so it has to be the camera. Very disappointed. It shouldn't be this hard.

I purchased first one camera and for BF I added second camera. I am using only microSD card for storage. Install was very easy once you know what are you doing (it is really very simple, just scan bar code and make sure camera is in the socked of the say lamp and lamp is powered- camera should make sounds as instructions inform you). The only inconvenience is retrieving video clips, video clips don't have individual icons with time stamp, rolling time line takes time to retrieve video since you have to start at midnight of the day and if you are in the afternoon it takes a while to find right clip. Camera has great resolution, Zoom and ability to maneuver (rotate sideways, up and down) from the app is great. You need 128 GB micoSD card. Great camera

I am very happy with this camera. The picture is very high quality, even at night. It was easy to install and set up. I have contacted customer support several times with questions and they have been prompt and helpful, making sure that I am satisfied with their response.

It literally just doesn’t work can’t even get power to it.

It has a pink/red hue I can't get rid of. The brighter it is out side, the stronger the hue. Too bad because it has a lot of features. But i'll have to return it. I have another LaView non bulb type that does not have the problem watching inside a 4 bay garage. It works pretty good.
